For his part,Dr. Zu'bi stressed that the Ministry is working diligently to help in driving the ICT companies forward, and to help them rise to the challenges that lie ahead of them. Regarding the ICT industry as a whole, Mr. Case believes that even more progress will be made in the next few years, ďI am a believer in the importance of technology and the internet in terms of how you can create an economic engine that creates hope around the world,Ē said Mr. Case.
Mr. Case then resumed his position at the podium after lunch was served, this time for a Q&A session. After a few queries about the U.S. companiesí expectations from the Jordanian companies, and advice from Mr. Caseís experience with the AOL venture, Mr. Case concluded the session advising the Jordanian ICT community not to lose sight of the vision, as Jordan is poised to emerge as the regional hub of technology.
