The upper part of the Dana Wildlife Reserve is easily accessible and lies on the edge of Wadi Araba. Raptors pass over this site, soaring with the erea's breeding species.
Local birds include Orphean Warbler, Rock Sparrow, Cuckoo, Chukar, Spectacled Warbler, Woodlark and Woodchat Shrike as well as a variety of other flora and fauna can be seen in this area.
You will explore a nearby Oak and juniper woodland in serach for the Syrian Serin. You will also be on the look-out for raptors, as well as the locally breeding Griffon Valture, Short toed Eagle, Lesser Kastrel and Bonelli's Eagle.
